Rusty doesn't like being a secretary
We were on vacation, so it was only right that we took some time to be lazy. One morning, after a yummy breakfast, Charlotte, Frederick, and I headed down the road to see the Greenwell Coffee plantation. We got a short history and tour of the farm, learned exactly how coffee is grown and roasted, and got to try some yummy brews. We were even able to taste coffee fruits right off the tree - well, I didn't bite into my bean, but the flesh surrounding it was mild and sweet.

After returning to the hotel Frederick and I swam a bit in the bay (our hotel was on the best snorkeling bay on the Big Island!), lounged in the sun, and drank some umbrella drinks.

Some of the nicest times this week were just hanging out with everyone on the lawn, or in the lounge, umbrella drink in hand. There were a lot of umbrella drinks consumed during the course of the vacation!
