After a day of diving, our group met up for Christmas dinner at the Sheraton Denarau in Nadi. As we walked into to the hotel, we were greeted by a choir so amazing their songs almost brought tears to peoples' eyes. It was so nice spending Christmas away from the crass commercialization that you find here in the States, and instead just celebrate it by spending time with good friends.
Speaking of, one of the coolest things about this trip was that I was able to spend time with and get to know people - especially people who I had previously met but never had the chance to actually sit down and talk to. And I have to say that for the most part, we had a pretty darned cool bunch of people gathered together!
