Thursday
Boarded the Argo in Puntarenas after arriving the previous night in San Jose, and left port at 1 or 2pm. Beautiful, large, spacious boat - I'm glad we chose this one.

There are 15 guests on this trip. I am one of two women (the other, Nonie, has done this trip 5-6x before). Maybe this type of trip/destination is too hardcore for most females? But why is that?

We're about six hours into the ~32 hour crossing. There are no waves outside, only long swells. Still, for some reason it is bothering me, even with The Patch. I'm not reading much, just napping a lot. Oh, and it's raining.

Friday
Woke to a nice, sunny day. Apparently this is a smooth crossing, but even so, I need to lie down after being up for 30-45 minutes. I am certainly catching up on all the sleep I didn't get lately.
